Von der Konsistenz erinnert mich der Kolege an Fenchelhonig AH, in der nase kommen zitrusfrüchte, ingwer, gewürze und honig zum vorschein. Geschmack ist sirupmäßig. Schönes spiel zwischen süße und zitronensäure, insgesamt aber tu süß. Werde es mal on the rocks probieren oder in nem Drink

Stabiles Falernum was Jürgen Wiese hier auf den Markt gebracht hat. Intensive leicht säuerliche Zitrus Töne und sehr würzig und leicht scharf mit dominantem Ingwer und Piment Aroma. Insgesamt etwas arg süß und etwas zu viel Ingwer für meinen Geschmack, macht aber eine gute Figur in Cocktails.
