Für einen Likör ganz okay. Ist sehr Ingwerlastig, sowohl in der Nase als auch am Gaumen. Natürlich ist er auch relativ süß etwas Lumette ist noch erkennbar und am Gaumen kann ich noch etwas Mandel erkennen.

This is in the ballpark of the JD Taxlor‘s on the nose. There is a bit more freshness. The Smokey note from the JDT is not present here. On the palate again in the ballpark of the JDT. However, the volume has been turned up in this one. More spices and some fruity notes. Also more sweetness.

Stable Falernum that Jürgen Wiese has brought to the market here. Intense slightly sour citrus tones and very spicy and slightly sharp with dominant ginger and allspice aroma. Overall a bit too sweet and a bit too much ginger for my taste, but it makes a good figure in cocktails.

Kleiner Nachtrag zum Vergleichstest von 3 Falernum mit DomM in der Blume von Hawaii. Danke an Franzi, die dies möglich gemacht hat. Für mich ist der Velvet der Gewinner. Meine Nr.2 der von Jürgen, der ein wenig künstlich wirkt. Für mich belegt der von Perola den letzten Platz, hier finde ich die Nelke zu dominant und mir fehlen die Limetten

In consistency, the colleague reminds me of Fenchelhonig AH, in the nose citrus fruits, ginger, spices and honey come to the fore. Taste is syrupy. Nice play between sweetness and citric acid, overall but too sweet. Will try it on the rocks or in a drink
