#6191 04.01.2026 Enjoying a few samples while listening to some nice trance from Krama. Nose Fresh, medium intense, wood, light roasted, dried fruit, light cinnamon, faint caramel. Palate Round, balanced, oily, light wood, faint smoke, raisin, light banana, light caramel, faint chocolate. Finish Long, light wood, oily, light roasted, dried fruit, light cherry, naturally sweet, faint chocolate. Empty glass Vanilla, chocolate, light caramel, dried fruit, faint floral.

Hat mich wirklich überrascht. Bei 56 Jahren hätte ich mehr Holz erwartet. In der Nase Früchte in einer Holzschale. Am Gaumen kommen gleich die Früchte mit Kirsch Pflaume etwas Süß und alles sehr schön ins Holz gebettet. Schön langer Abgang.

As always, I'm a bit skeptical about the Cubans. A bit sweet, not woody, it’s more dominated by tobacco and fruity notes leaning towards sherry. The finish is medium-length. Overall, quite pleasant to drink.
