Beaucoup de fruits mûrs et des fruits frais. Des notes sales, du goudron, de la fraîcheur végétale,du bois jeune et un côté beurré. Un nez changeant et incroyablement complexe. Un goût de pomme surie, puis les fruits montent et se complexifient. La bouche, tout comme le nez est super changeante. La finale est moyennement longue, le côté sale et les fruits se mélangent harmonieusement. Regoûté à partir d’une bouteille neuve et sans oxydation et étonnamment ce rhum est brutal, sale et médicamenteux. Avec beaucoup d’oxydation je lui donne 91 points, sans aucune oxydation à peine 82.
