Blind, most tasters here would've called this an agricole — and it's a Brazilian one at 13 years. Expect grass, hay and chamomile tea with a lick of lemon peel, very little wood, and a dry, subtle body. Refreshing on a hot day, but a couple of members find the alcohol a touch prickly for 46% and the whole thing a bit flat neat.

Addendum from the weekend. It really goes in the direction of Agricole, which we can recognize on the nose, alongside the floral notes. On the palate then Agricole and grass, but also some sugarcane and vanilla.

Well, unfortunately this bottling from the Cadenhead split didn't really grab me. For me, not really something that will stay in memory, as it's a bit too flat and boring. There are better ones.

Nachdem die ersten Green Labels eher eine Enttäuschung waren und ich bei der Nase schon dachte, dass sich das ganze fortsetzen wird muss ich sagen WOW! Im Gaumen ist der Rum trotz Verdünnung echt gut und überzeugt mit seinen Agricole-Aromen. Insbesondere die Kamille finde ich spannend und hätte so einen Rum gerne mal unverdünnt probiert.

Very similar to an Agricole with lots of grassy and hay notes, vanilla, floral elements (chamomile), citrus peel. Not much wood. A few candied fruits can also be perceived. Not my profile but not bad.

Many floral notes reminiscent of Agricole. Chamomile, hay and some of the more bitter part of the lemon peel. For 46% ABV, however, a little beastly. Drinkable, but nothing I would enjoy straight.

Easter dram #4 and start of my own Cadenhead Green Label bottle share Ed. 2 - Brazil 13yr Nose: Absolute Agricole nose. Actually, I usually don’t like Agricole much but this one pleases quite well with its fruity, grassy note that slightly reminds of lemon. Palate: Also on the palate like an Agricole, where the alcohol could be better integrated. Quite fresh lemony on the aftertaste. Conclusion: Solid, rather unusual Green Label bottling. Addendum: After another tasting, I must say I liked it even better.

Epris. So very agricolly. A nice dryish no nonsense style. Not much wood here. Subtle flavours. I like it. Pretty refreshing on a hot day. Chamomile/yasmin tea.

The nose is musty like moss or wet sand. Straw perhaps. Certainly different, but not impressive. The taste is better with orange peel, camomile and Christmas cake with candied fruits. The latter remains in the finish, plus a little smoky sausage.
