On The Rocks: On the nose it is very well rounded, pleasant and subtle with aromas of Brown Sugar, Caramel, Spice, oak and Vanilla. Taste reveals a moderate spice and oak with brown sugar sweetness giving way to a tingle and well rounded overall profile. Finish is medium with the spice, brown sugar and oak fading away. Overall it is quite nice and not a big lunch in the face overall (just the initial momentary spice hit). Mixed Pepsi Zero: On the nose
