Poured for a freshly opened bottle. Another single cask from Alambique, this time bottled for El Cerrito Liquor. Quite fruity with citrus and pineapple being the most dominant. Barrel influences are in the background for once. This would be so good if not for how fast this rum dissipates on the palate and finish, barely can parse through the notes before it disappears.
