Interesting one for sure - the red wine cask has taken a slight lead on the Agricole spirit…. The grassy, floral and vegetal notes are definitely present but the red wine cask adds an ever so slight sweetness to it. Quite a clean and crisp dram as well - maybe a dry red wine cask was used maybe? Like a wine however there’s more tannins and woody tones than there is sweetness overall - relatively challenging but enjoyable none the less Surprised by this one - namely because I had no point of reference to compare it to
