Spirit Gallery Port Mourant 2012
"The most chocolatey Port Mourant I've had on the nose," one taster wrote, and the reviews back it up: milk and dark chocolate, praline, roasted hazelnuts, licorice and burnt sugar over the usual Guyana wood and tobacco. The palate runs dry and spicy with pencil shavings, coffee and dried fruit. At 62.9% the heat shows — several felt it drinks a touch young.

How does Spirit Gallery Port Mourant 2012 taste?
Aggregated from 26 community reviews.
Chocolate-heavy Guyana pot still, cask strength Loved as a rich, chocolatey Port Mourant that gives a lot for the money. Most call it very good but not revelatory — the alcohol reads a little raw and young.

Spicy Port Mourant Chocolate, licorice, hazelnuts and dark burnt sugar. Very solid but not a revelation. Alcohol well integrated. Nice sipper that you drink on the side.

Gros kiff ! Bien content d’avoir pris mon pack.

The profile is characterized by dark chocolate, spices, wood and a little tobacco. The alcohol is present, but only moderately integrated. Overall solid, but without great depth or surprise.

Alkohol könnte etwas besser eingebunden sein, wirkt eher jung…

Ersteindruck: Sehr leckerer, schokoladiger Port Mourant.
