Dégusté à la cave saint jacques en masterclass à Tournai. Superbe coffret, belle carafe, assemblage de multiples fûts. On a vraiment beaucoup d’arômes, aussi bien boisé que gourmands, mais aussi du tabac, des dattes séchées. Vraiment un très bon moment, même à basse intensité.
