Un nez de vieux bois avec beaucoup d’amertume et de tannins. Des fruits secs, surtout du pruneau, du cuir. La bouche est marquée par les vieux bois et le cuir avec un côté mélasse très agréable. L’alcool est très bien intégré. La finale est plutôt longue marquée par le vieux bois amer et tout à la fin de la mélasse. Un rhum qui ravira les amateurs de boisé amer extrême.
