Of the 7 pure white rums I tasted, this is the one I liked the most! An incredible, intense cane aroma and a very nice sweetness sensation. It's an organic rum from the St James distillery. It drinks almost too well.

#6431 04.03.2026 Relaxing with a few samples after work while playing some nice Trance by Armin van Buuren. Surprisingly good rum when looking at the price tag. Fruity and herbal at the same time with a nice warm and peppety palate.

A very nice white. The nose is slightly closed and dry but opens up little by little. Notes of cane, of course, but also a bit of banana, some minor floral and mineral notes, and a real saltiness. On the palate, lime, kumquat, and orange zest create a pretty indulgent experience before finishing on fresh licorice notes.
