#6077 18.12.2025 Day 18 of my Christmas Calendar. This is also s pretty sweet rum but it does have a nice tingly spiciness to it. Very faint smoke in the profile and some nice fruits. Finish is short to medium and also sweet

Another liqueur-like rum from Old St. Croix. Caramel and fruits on the nose - on the palate a pleasant, slightly spicy sharpness, chocolate and citrus fruits. The sweet note dominates the profile though. Good but not outstanding.

The free sample is probably enough for me. This "rum" is more liqueur than rum and is bursting with added sugar. Even before my "rum time" I would probably have found this bottling terrible, as it is not even really tasty.

Too sweet for me. Dominated by caramel and sweetness, hints of dried fruit and citrus. The finish develops interestingly.
