Visually, the packaging is magnificent and this deserves to be highlighted. Once the rum was tasted, I have a very good impression and I think this juice lives up to its container. The cane is present with a sweet side rather than vegetal. Gentle fermentation and beautiful fruity touches of green apple, pear, plum. A bit of mineral.

So far tasted only once, it's the stereotype of agricole, a nose that recalls the effluents of a distillery in full activity. A similar palate, which I found a bit poor in complexity. The cane, the "agricole" side and a slight bitterness when you let this nectar rest a few minutes. It's good for those who like white agricole, but it didn't blow me away.

Beyond its unique production method, this white rum proves excellent, made for tasting. It concentrates beautiful fruit aromas – green apple, pear, and lime – supported by the sweet softness of the cane. The texture, rich and fatty, brings even more pleasure. And to top it off, the box is absolutely splendid.

#6028 04.12.2025 Got a big box of blanc/unaged Rums and I'm picking some of the famous ones first. Watching the new Mission Impossible at the same time. Nose Fresh, round, sugarcane, citrus, faint smoke, light floral, light lavender, light mineral. Palate Oily, round, sugarcane, light floral, light olive, citrus, light mineral, light tea, passionfruit, peppery. Finish Long, peppery, olive, light floral, sugarcane, light mineral. Empty glass Sugarcane, lavender, citrus, olive. After a while there is a yogurt like flavour to the empty glass.

Interesting profile because different from the usual agricoles. The nose and attack are rather (too) sweet but the intensity gradually increases with a mouth length that is really remarkable for a white. Too bad that this mouth finish is drying for the taste buds while the texture is rather oily. The aromatic remains simple with a rather cooked sugarcane.

Up to my expectations, except for the length. A nice round rum, vanilla, fatty and very enveloping on the palate, super pleasant. A bit straightforward and simple in the round, but it drinks itself. Alcohol imperceptible.
