Visuellement le packaging est magnifique et ceci mérite d être souligné.Une fois le rhum goûté ,j'ai une très belle impression et je me dis que ce jus est bien à la hauteur de son contenant. La canne est presente par un côté sucré plutôt que végétal. De la fermentation douce et de belles touches fruitées pomme verte , poire , prune. Un peu de minéral .

Au-delà de sa méthode de production unique, ce rhum blanc se révèle excellent, taillé pour la dégustation. Il concentre de beaux arômes de fruits – pomme verte, poire et citron vert – soutenus par la douceur sucrée de la canne. La texture, riche et grasse, apporte encore plus de plaisir. Et pour ne rien gâcher, le coffret est absolument splendide

Profil intéressant car différents des agricoles habituels. Le nez et l'attaque est plutôt (trop) douce par contre l'intensité monte progressivement avec une longueur en bouche qui est vraiment remarquable pour un blanc. Dommage que cette fin de bouche soit asséchante pour les papilles alors que la texture est plutôt grasse. L'aromatique reste simple avec une canne à sucre plutôt cuite.
