Au nez un coté vinaigre de cidre, avec des epices "biellesques". En bouche on sent qu il s agit d un agricole, toujours ces epices et de la pomme au four. Finale relativement courte. A l aveugle j aurais parié sur un jeune bielle avec un finish calvados, voir pommeau.
