I detected some floral/citrus notes on the nose with wood from the sherry cask peeking through. Chocolate, cherry, and baking spices on the palette. Finish has a touch of heat, but it isn’t offensively strong.

There were initial aromas of cherry and oak. The flavors were more of the sherry cask, than the cherry aroma, but the oak was consistent. Definitely sipping over mixed, and the burn was not too strong.
