On sent bien la transformation lente des composés du rhum. Un très beau rancio fruits confits, datte, pruneau, cuir Un bois noble mais légèrement humide Je ne prend pas en bouche les épices (muscade, cannelle, vanille, clou de girofle) comme je prend habituellement sur les rhums J.M du 21eme siècle, c’est vraiment différent. Longueur interminable 😋😊😊
