Wagemut First Batch ever of our very own Rum
Blind, you might not call this rum at all — one member swears it drinks like a mild apple or pear brandy. It's an unaged pot-still spirit: green apple and pear up front, then grass, a mineral-salty edge and even a whiff of green olive. The body's oily, the finish medium and fresh. Interesting to sip, but a couple of tasters felt it's a bit short on character neat.

#5967 16.11.2025 Enjoying some samples after visiting a friend and now watching The Big Bang Theory. Nose Fresh, apple, light mint, herbs, sugarcane, citrus, light mineral. Palate Oily, fresh, apple, light mineral, citrus, light salty, faint olive, light mint, herbs, sugarcane. Finish Medium long, oily, apple, light citrus, sugarcane, light herbs. Empty glass Sugarcane, herbs, mint, fruity. Surprisingly good looking at the price tag 🥃

In der Nase frisch und sehr fruchtig, grüner Apfel, Birnen, ein wenig Kirsche, dazu grasig-florale und würzige Aromen. Am Gaumen grasig, leicht salzig und würzig, grüne Oliven, nur hintergründig fruchtig.
