Anotger really nice bottle. The ABV is rather low as well but it still carries a nice punch of complexity. Medium fruity with good balance between the fruit and roasted wood notes. Made a note that the empty glass had some licorice and tannin notes.

Atypical Demerara with this very important chamomile note, nicely spicy, very good on the nose, a pity it's a bit short on the finish.
