I like this version much better than the one with 45%. Similar on the nose and also on the palate. Floral, flowery and a bit fruity. But with much more power and character. Really tasty in a Daiquiri but also pure for me a delicious drop.

Blind, I wouldn't have recognized it as rum. To me, it tastes like a good pear or apple brandy. The alcohol is quite well integrated for 63%.
