Mir gefällt der Madeira Rum sehr gut , die Lagerung im Weinfass schmeckt man sehr gut raus,Alkohol gut eingebunden sehr sanft. Kann ich empfehlen der auch gerne Wein trinkt 😁

Madeira Cask lässt den Grundstoff nicht mehr erkennen. Ist mir deutlich zu viel.

Der Rum hat kräftige Röst- und Holzaromen mit Noten von Schokolade, Cappuccino, Malz und Melasse. In der Nase Karamell, Cola und Portwein, aber insgesamt eher flach. Am Gaumen ist der Alkohol deutlich spürbar und nicht gut eingebunden, was ihn scharf und unausgewogen wirken lässt. Die Würze und Bitternoten bleiben prägend, Frucht und Süße kommen hauptsächlich aus dem Fass und überdecken den Rum. Insgesamt solide, aber kein Knaller…
