Single Cask Nation runs a little under the radar, but with the 2003 TDL, for example, they have already released some really strong bottlings. That's why I'm very excited about this one too. First impression on the nose: typical PM markers such as olive, fennel, aniseed, apple, candied fruit. Spicy and herbal on the palate, and the finish is almost somehow fruity. I like it quite a lot (drinkable), even if it's not quite high enough.
