Fresh, continental fruit, slightly dried fruit, lightly white wine and minerality, in the taste also slightly roasted and chocolate tones.

Je n ai franchement pas été emballé par cette bouteille. L erreur est peut-être d avoir goûté des agricoles avec un niveau assez élevé juste avant. Le rhum à la base n était sûrement pas fou, et on ne peut pas dire que le vieillissement ai beaucoup amélioré les choses.

#5633 30.08.2025 Participated in the Clement Master Class at the German Rum Fest 2025. This one is different as it has more dried fruits and nutts in the profile. Very smooth profile with light toasted wood and some light chocolate and faint caramel.

I was very eager to discover this new release signed Clément, with its original finish. Unfortunately, the tasting disappointed me a bit: the alcohol is too present, both on the nose and on the palate. You do find some notes of chocolate and a marked woodiness, but overall it lacks balance. I hope to taste it again to have a more nuanced opinion.
