#5633 30.08.2025 Participated in the Clement Master Class at the German Rum Fest 2025. This one is different as it has more dried fruits and nutts in the profile. Very smooth profile with light toasted wood and some light chocolate and faint caramel.

Je n ai franchement pas été emballé par cette bouteille. L erreur est peut-être d avoir goûté des agricoles avec un niveau assez élevé juste avant. Le rhum à la base n était sûrement pas fou, et on ne peut pas dire que le vieillissement ai beaucoup amélioré les choses.

J’étais très impatient de découvrir cette nouveauté signée Clément, avec son finish original. Malheureusement, la dégustation m’a un peu déçu : l’alcool est trop présent, aussi bien au nez qu’en bouche. On retrouve bien quelques notes de chocolat et un boisé marqué, mais l’ensemble manque d’équilibre. J’espère pouvoir le regoûter pour me faire un avis plus nuancé
