Ungealterter Worthy Park mit klarer, frischer Jamaica Aromatik. In der Nase vergorene Früchte, Zitrus und eine leichte Kräuterwürze. Am Gaumen direkt, lebhaft und trocken mit Esteranklängen, Zitrus und einem Hauch Pfeffer. Die 54% geben ordentlich Druck, ohne zu hart zu wirken. Insgesamt ein sauberer, charaktervoller White Jamaica, angenehm klar strukturiert, aber naturgemäß ohne die Tiefe eines gereiften Rums.
Spannender Zuckerrohr Saft basierter funky Jamaicaner. Viel grüne und gelbe überreife Früchte wie Kiwi, Honigmelone, Limette, sowie grüner Pfeffer, Salzlake und frisches Zuckerrohr sowie leicht fleischige Umami Noten. Macht einen gigantisch leckeren Daiquiri. Als hätte man 50/50 agricole Blanc und unaged funky Jamaica in den Daiquiri gemacht. Überraschend guter Stoff! Danke Oli für die Gelegenheit! 😊🙌🏼

Really strikes a perfect balance with tons of fruit and minerality with just a hint of that brininess. I really hope WP starts making more in this style at a lower price for mixing.
