Bottle Market Bremen December 2025. Well, somehow I can't do much with this. Reminds little of rum. At least a lot of herbs on the nose and slightly floral, on the palate also many herbs and some sugar.

30-08-2025 - Rate 8.5 German Rum Festival Last stop on day was Schotman. We have never heard of it before and he has no dealers in Denmark. But perhaps that will change. We were very surprised by the quality. Al thoug the frist “shot” was this very sweet and floral rum. Nose was floral, herbal and vanilla/sugar. Palate was following the nose pretty good. Very sweet. Short finish with herbs. Joked that I could taste they the Bison had pissed on the grass. Eric had the humor to take it.
