Concentrated grenadine and old wood meet a soft, gourmand opening here, with a slight acidity that adds lift. Kevin's glass also found nuts, olive, faint salt and light chocolate over that fresh, oily body. It's the reduced 45% Liberation, and several tasters actually preferred it to the 56% Full Proof — calling it more harmonious and beautifully balanced for an agricole.
