Rum is grown sustainably according to criteria set by the Quevedo family. Single Cane Aldea is a limited edition of less than 3,000 bottles annually. It is a rum of high purity, reflecting an unprecedented fresh aroma and the natural taste of freshly cut sugarcane. The rum is fragrant, you can smell sugarcane a lot, taste is sweet, finish short, sweet, slightly bitter, a bit alcoholic.
