Cane-juice base shows fresh sugarcane, grass and a light citrus lift, with banana peeking through and a soft, slightly sweet finish that never bites at 40%. Because of the Great White Ghana, I'm always curious about what flavor worlds the Great White series brings. It opened on the nose with clear notes of sugarcane juice, slightly floral and grassy. There were fleeting notes of banana. On the palate, it's clearly made from sugarcane juice and the banana is clearly noticeable this time. It even seemed slightly sweet. For 20 euros for a white rum, I find it really charming and a real price recommendation.

Note: Employment at Perola GmbH (spirits industry), partly professionally involved with the evaluated bottlings. All reviews are my personal, unpaid opinion. Solid entry-level white rum that certainly makes good daiquiris. 5g sugar per liter to round off and make it more accessible. (Is that necessary?) Quite fairly priced at 20€. The new packaging also looks very good.

C est la première fois que je goûte un rhum blanc de république Dominicaine. Il a les caractéristiques d un pur jus: un pdu d épices, agrumes. Ce rhum est plutôt light et reste doux en bouche.pas fou, mais ça tient la route.

#5787 29.09.2025 Day three of the Whisky Live 2025, which this year looks better organized/arranged inside. This is the new relase and though it is rounded it is also very sveet in my mind. Nice floral and sugarcane notes with some spices, citrus, vegetal and light floral notes.

Small CDI Core Range X-Tasting: Similarity to the Great White Compass (RX25148 with 51.2%), but much weaker in taste. Banana, citrus fruits, and sugarcane in focus, alongside spices and some floral notes. If for mixing, although I would recommend the Great White Compass for just 5€ more.
