Stade’s Rum Old Gregg Fusion 2022
People curious about the new West Indies pot stills will find a fruity, ester-driven Barbadian blend of cane juice and molasses. Pineapple, banana and overripe tropical fruit sit over young roasted oak. Several tasters say the nose leans simple and sweet, while the palate opens up with spice and acidity. One member places it "between a Jamaican and a Mhoba."

#5748 28.09.2025 Day two of the Whisky Live 2025, which this year looks better organized/arranged inside. A pretty OK release especially when looking at the price tag. Fruity with nice wood and ABV integration, still a bit sweet though.

Review by Skyfly

Review by Florent Apl
I love the story behind the stills. The nose feels a lot like your classic Jamaican, while on the palate it feels somewhere between a Jamaican and a Mhoba. Nice but could have a more distinctive profile.
