Salon Dugas. Le jus du 1753 passe dans des fûts ayant contenu un cold brew de cacao fait à partir de fèves de cacao de Chuao locales. Si certains l’ont peut être trouvé trop choco, cette nouveauté ma vraiment marqué. Le chocolat sélectionné est superbe, on dirait vraiment qu’on l’a laissé fondre sur la langue, l’alcool est imperceptible.. En complément d’un bon dessert, ou une petite goutte dans le café du matin.. Je me laisserai bien tenter. Et en plus, moins de 3 grammes de sucre par bouteille, belle perf !

#5804 29.09.2025 Day three of the Whisky Live 2025, which this year looks better organized/arranged inside. Besides being sweet this is definitely a chocolate bomb, I think that was the one they had used in the chocolate, which was absolutely delicious, was made with. Sweet and fruity with lots of chocolate notes besides some dried fruit and light spices. The wood is almost fully hidden in the profile.
