Salon Dugas. The juice of the 1753 goes into barrels that previously contained a cold brew of cacao made from local Chuao cacao beans. If some found it maybe too chocolatey, this new release really impressed me. The selected chocolate is superb, it really feels like it melts on the tongue, the alcohol is imperceptible.. Perfect with a good dessert, or a little drop in the morning coffee.. I'd be tempted. And on top, less than 3 grams of sugar per bottle, nice performance!

#5804 29.09.2025 Day three of the Whisky Live 2025, which this year looks better organized/arranged inside. Besides being sweet this is definitely a chocolate bomb, I think that was the one they had used in the chocolate, which was absolutely delicious, was made with. Sweet and fruity with lots of chocolate notes besides some dried fruit and light spices. The wood is almost fully hidden in the profile.
