Ein etwas anderer Navy-Blend mit (für mich) neuem Geschmacksprofil. Im Fokus stehen unterschiedlichste Früchte und eine Mischung aus Kandierten bzw. Karamell. In der Nase noch eine Gewürzmischung die ich nicht eindeutig zuordnen kann, ab dem Gaumen dann aber stärker Piment. Das Bourbonfass ist klar zu erkennen.

So ganz verstehe ich diese Blends immer nicht. Auf jeden Fall ein toller Rum, toller Blend! Hampden kommt schon deutlich raus, aber auch ein bisschen Foursquare und Guyana.

A zany Blend for palates that love a challenge! Like Morgan, it's raw, but also sweet. Hampden fruit takes over on the nose, Foursquare covers well on the palate, a framework of TDL on the finish, and some smoky notes from the Fiji. Perhaps a little more discreet on the Guyana. Very cool, very greedy, stays on the palate for a long time.

Geschmack nach kandieren Früchten, auch karamelig. Verschiedene Gewürze und schön warm. Hampden deutlich zu schmecken. Am besten wenn etwas atmen konnte. Lässt sich sehr gut trinken ein vielschichtiger Genuss

⭐ Famille Ricci – 5ème Anniversaire – 62% 2025 marque les cinq ans de la Famille Ricci, et pour l’occasion, les deux frères ont imaginé un assemblage maison aux allures de véritable Navy Rum : Hampden 2014 TDL 2009 Fiji 2014 Guyana 2011 Foursquare 2014 Le tout affiné en fût de pineau des Charentes blanc, embouteillé à 62%. Un profil qui allie puissance et rondeur : boisé, fruits tropicaux, touche caoutchouc… Belle longueur, gourmande et addictive : on y revient sans hésiter ! Clairement, c’est du Navy bien lourd et bien exécuté. Et franchement, j’adore ! 🔥

Chouette blend, où l’on va retrouver une belle trace estérisées et une grosse gourmandise venant plus que probablement d’une belle rasade de Foursquare et le finish pinneau. Bref, c’est bon ! Bon annif’ l’équipe !

En toute honnêtement ce type de multi blend ne trouve pas de grand intérêt chez moi.. En revanche le finish en pineau des Charentes a astisé ma curiosité Belle gourmandise marqueur Hampden bien présents, Des notes de noix et de bois J’aurai sûrement préféré une meilleure intégration de l’alcool J’ai toujours bcp de mal avec ses gros blend ou certaines provenance sont indécelables et servent à vendre à grosses étiquettes et non à apporter à l’assemblage
