This rum has a great nose of strawberry jam with some cinnamon sprinkled on top. The taste does not completely match the nose for me. I get the fermented green bin note that someone mentions. It includes the tingle on the tongue for the full experience. It tastes to me that virgin wood was used and reminds me of the grand arômes with virgin wood aging, which can lead to equally crazy flavours. I also pick up some rosemary and lavender, followed by the strawberry jam and cinnamon. There is a lot going on in this rum. I think it is better balanced than most people who reviewed this rum until now seem to think. It biggest weakness is not the green bin aspect, it is its wild and unique character. It will be a party trick but not something you reach for to relax. Buying the bottle is most likely not going to happen.

Phew, that immediately makes me gag. Why would anyone bottle something like this? The nose is already bad, and the palate is just disgusting.

Mulled wine stall on the nose. And then old organic store on the palate. Spelt and fermented something with cinnamon. Puuuhh. Seriously. Wtf is going on here? How are you supposed to rate something like this? It's not terrible but rum? Ah, unlit incense sticks
