An unaged blend of two high-ester white rums — one Australian, one Jamaican Hampden — and the daiquiri is where it comes alive. Expect mango, banana and lime up front, a touch of varnish and acetone underneath, oily on the palate. Most tasters agree the Australian side leads and the Hampden peeks through only at the edges. At 58% the heat sits well-integrated.

Really awesome piece from Mr. Fabi. I already thought it was great back when I got to test it in the Spirit Bomb before it was released. Esters and tropical fruits are noticeable, but it’s also very funky, with a bit of varnish showing up too.

All in all a nice combo that Fabi bottled here once again. It makes a solid figure in a Daiquiri. It's also not bad neat. But in comparison, even if this is a bit unfair, I liked the Ramero better both neat and as a Daiquiri mixer because the notes were stronger/more intense there.

This blend strongly reminds me of the Kilik. The Hampden is not particularly noticeable and is slightly overshadowed by the Australian. But that's not disturbing, since the Kilik alone is already very good. 😉

Interesting blend, after I really liked the Kilik, I was very curious about the fusion with Hampden! Yeah, the result fell a bit short of the perhaps too high expectation. Solid bottling, the Australian dominates very clearly, Hampden or Jamaica is only noticed on the edge, which doesn't make it worse. It has 1% more ABV, the alcohol is noticeably better integrated here – which some might find boring if they like it edgy and with more punch on the tongue.

#6095 21.12.2025 Last day before my wife returns home from her vacation in Japan. Relaxing with more unaged from the box I got while listening to some heavy trance.. Nose Intense, fresh, fruity, ester, light mango light caramel, spice, faint earthy, light varnish. Palate Warm, oily, fruity, ester, medium spicy, faint acetone, light mango, banana, light caramel, light cinnamon. Finish Long and warm, medium spicy, banana, light citrus, oily, ester. Empty glass Fruits, light passion fruit, banana, light caramel, faint herbs.

Super awesome blend from Australia and Jamaica. Lots of fruit, esters, power yet balanced. Intense, fruity with mango and banana, some papaya and lime. Unbelievably awesome, smooth, delicious Daiquiri with this. Hats off to Nina and Fabian for this magnificent cuvée of 2 high ester white rum bombs!

Wow. Cooler vollfruchtiger unaged. Ob man nun Jamaica noch rausschmeckt oder Australien die Oberhand hat - grad egal. In der Nase ein übervoller Korb von Früchten aller Art. Dazu eine süsse Zuckerrohraromatik. Für mich am stärksten Mango, Litschi, dazu leichter Lack und auch leicht blumige Noten. Alles sehr animierend und der ABV nicht zu merken. Am Gaumen auch die Fruchtester und mit der Zeit auch stärker Klebstoff und Lackaromen. Dazu schöne würzige Nuancen und über allem diese leckere Zuckerrohrsüsse. Mittellanger Abgang auf den gesamten Gaumenaromen. Für viele erinnert er an einen Kilik - ja, aber doch nach ein paar Minuten im Glas kombiniert mit moderatem aber spürbarem Funk. Geht natürlich super im Daiquiri, aber wer auf süss unterlegtes Fruchtspekktakel steht gerne pur probieren.
