Cave Guildive Secret Panama Rum 2006
One member called it "banana split in flüssig" — liquid banana split — and that's the gist: caramel, honey and vanilla up front, then a surprising fruity twist of grilled lime, eucalyptus and pineapple on the finish. At 60% it carries 11 years of Panama maturity with chocolate and burnt sugar woven in. Sweet and ripe, but more layered than most Panama column rum.

Banana split in flüssig, sehr Süffig! Im Abgang kommt eine mega geile Note von gegrillten Limetten, Eukalyptus Bonbons, Ananas und gegrillten Bananen. Für mich meine absolute top Panama Referenz! Sehr sehr lecker und ungewöhnlich aromatisch!

At the price tag this is a great rum. Very well balanced and I like the oak is there from nose to finish. The oak is especially strong in the long finish. Fruity and sweet with spices and some chokolate sprinkles on top. I like the spice finish.
