And then a really nice Guyana, feels good after the Nicaragua :) It’s of course a really roasted piece, mostly coffee and mocha on the palate, also some barrel, but rather discreet in the background.

#7011 08.07.2026 What a day today. On the way home from work my car died and had to be towed. That calls for some samples, just to have an excuse. Listening to my Trance Playlist on Spotify. Pretty OK rum that is hard to get unless you're a member or know somebody who is. Medium intense profile with fruits, leather spice. Herbs, caramel, tobacco and roasted wood.

A young and classic Diamond in which the alcohol is unfortunately a little too impetuous. It needs a relatively long time in the glass. This allows you to enjoy the aromas, but unfortunately the alcohol bite remains.

Typical Diamond profile with licorice, light fruits, a bit young, this one with slight whisky cask influence.
