And then there were two quite solid Rum Sharks. This one was relatively sweetish, chocolate and caramel can be recognized, still within limits and quite ok, definitely not too sweet.

7,5:On the nose, roasted wood notes like caramel, chocolate, roasted nuts, spicy vanilla, dried apricots and raisins, metallic patina, bump into our nosetrils. On aeration, it becomes slightly alcoholic, molasses is herbaceous, a bit floral, earthy with tobacco, orange peel joins, the wood is slightly resinous, toasted. 7,4:On the palate, the attack is sweet with roasted wood notes like caramel and chocolate, brown sugar, nuts, leather, spicy with vanilla, slightly metallic, fruity with dried fruits like raisins and apricots, citrus with orange peel, molasses vegetal, earthy with tobacco, sweet with honey hints. 7,2:The finish is medium long, barrel impact is obvious, with oily toasted wood notes, as metallic patina, faint fruits, mineral molasses.
