Excellent rapport qualité prix. Je le vois bien en rhum d apéritif, cocktails parfumé, pourquoi pas faire un bon kick dans une salade de fruits. Je lui trouve un boisé vanillé, beaucoup de fruits façon meli-melo.

Tasted this quite good and young molasses rum from Guadeloupe at Rhum Fest Paris 2026. It’s a little pre matured before aged for 2 years in American oak barrels. The nose is elegant, complex, fresh, woody, sweet and fruity with scents of honey, brown sugar, vanilla, bergamot and pastry. At the palate the impressions from the nose still intact with added flavors of cocoa and spices and a certain warmth. The finish is medium long.
