#6093 21.12.2025 Last day before my wife returns home from her vacation in Japan. Relaxing with more unaged from the box I got while listening to some heavy trance.. Nose Fresh, medium intense, floral, light mineral, citrus, sugarcane, light honey. Palate Oily, fresh, warm, peppery, sugarcane, light floral, citrus, dry, mineral, apple. Finish Long and warm, peppery, oily, light orange, mineral, sugarcane, light salty. Empty glass Sugarcane, light orange, apple, mineral, light honey.

La bête à feu de A1710 ne laisse pas indifférent. C'est un monstre en cocktail (ti-punch, daiquiri) mais que je trouve assez écœurant en dégustation pure. Au nez, il est très parfumé, avec des fragrances de passion, de fleurs capiteuses, d'humus et de truffe. En bouche, il assèche totalement la langue, et diffuse une chaleur intense. Il possède des notes de canne très fermentée, avec un peu de poivre qui rappelle que c'est un rhum blanc de Martinique, malgré son absence d'AOC. La truffe et le côté herbacé ne sont pas très agréable pur. La finale est moyenne, sur la canne, le poivre et l'herbe coupée.
