7,6:On the nose, esters, overripe, fermented vegetal notes like tomatoes, red bell peppers, mushrooms, chesnuts, perhaps cheese, some chilli, pure sugarcane, spicy and roasted wood with nuts, bump into our nosetrils. On aeration, the cane is flowery, earthy with tobacco, citrus and red fruits arise, smokiness and some confectionery. 7,5:On the palate, the attack is interesting with vegetal sugar cane like tomatoes, red bell peppers, chilli, fermented, overripe, black tea, later chesnuts, flowery and mineral, some esters, as the wood is spicy, nutty.When the rum is well rested, the cane becomes sweet with honey, citrus, tropical and red fruits bump out, some metallic patina. 7,3:The finish is medium long, dry, as the cane is mineral, flowery and earthy, vegetal, the wood oaky with cardboard, slightly furry, peppery and smoky, there is some confectionery, phenol and overripe citrus and yellow fruits..
