For some, definitely a great rum. And really well made craftwise. But it doesn't suit my taste at all. You can clearly taste the Ramy Martin cask and a big portion of chamomile is always present in the mouth.

It falls off a bit after the first two. On the nose, mostly wood and slight vanilla. On the palate, the cognac cask dominates, slight sweetness thanks to the vanilla, but in my opinion unfortunately too diluted.

#7150 12.08.2026 Relaxing after a hard walk/training on the way home from work today. Listening to some nice tracks by Anyma, Charlotte de Witte, Lisa Gerrard and Akushiya on Spotify. Surprisingly good rum considering th eprice tag at release. The cognac is obvious in the profile but it also has molasses, fruits, spice, light mint and light roasted wood. Needs to rest for a while to open up properly.
