7,6:On the nose, alcoholic, warm, grassy, flowery, herbaceous sugarcane, toasted wood with toffee, coffee, spicy, whisky like,grapes and citrus fruits, bump into our nosetrils. On aeration, it becomes more balanced, creamy with smoky wood, bacon and roasted tones like caramel, chocolate, the cane brings creal, yellow fruits join. 7,4:On the palate, the attack is alcoholic, intense, volatile with vegetal(cereal) sugar cane, grassy, flowery, musty and herbaceous, slightly mineral, fruity with dried, citrus and yellow fruits, as young wood brings cardboard hints, is slightly roasted with cocoa, caramel, burnt sugar, peppery. 7,5:The finish is rather short, dry, slightly sour, bourbon barrel impact is obvious, fruity with yellow, dried fruits, the wood brings cardboard, cardboard, vanilla and the cane is vegetal, grassy, flowery, fresh with tea..

Wenn man dem Namen glauben schenken darf, dann empfinde ich es eher peinlich, diesen Rum mit „Finest“ zu bezeichnen. Er wirkt von Anfang bis zum Ende sehr alkoholisch und eindimensional. Neben gebranntem Karamell sind noch pflanzliche Aromen erkennbar…das war es

Wirklich kein gutes Destillat. Wirkt eher wie ein sehr kurz gereifter Zuckerrohrsaft Rum, welcher scheinbar in einem sehr frischen Bourbon Fass war. Wirkt leider gleichzeitig sauer, karamellisiert und getreidig würzig. Der Alkohol ist alles andere als gut integriert. Junges Holz, unreife saure Trauben, nasser Karton und Karamell... Nicht mein Fall...

Ne der Rum ist wirklich nichts, schließe mich da meinen Vorschreibern an. Alkohol ist relativ schlecht eingebunden, ansonsten eine leichte Süße, etwas Karamell und etwas Toffee sowie gebrannter Zucker sind hier erkennbar

Mein erster Rum aus Indien. Überzeugt mich leider nicht. Es dominiert eine künstlich wirkende, karamellige Süße. Lässt mich etwas ratlos zurück, wenn dass der Finest Indian Rum ist dann bin ich mit Indien auch schon durch.
