It's an interesting old Guyana if not may favorite old Guyana. There's something of a bitter, vegetal through line to the whole thing in addition to the more usual burnt demerera sugar thing. It's not eucalyptus, but rather more grassy. Water is useful but doesn't really get past that issue.
