Spirits Museum Tasting March 29, 2025. A nose of tar and rubber, the fruits and pineapple are well present but come after. The palate is also dominated by mechanical workshop notes, even more marked than on the nose. The fruits are present in the background. The finish is long, salty. A rum for lovers of salty Caronis.

Nez agréable et chaleureux sur le menthol poivré. Un peu de chocolat, de cannelle et de bananes flambées. Typique d'un Caroni gourmand. Bouche assez puissante sur la réglisse fumée et des soupçons de goudron. Des noix métalliques enrobées d'une douceur vanillée. La finale est plutôt soutenue sur les épices. Voilà un Caroni assez doux et accessible tout en gardant sa typicité. Et vous voulez rigoler ... ou pas ? Il était sorti à +- 100 € !!!!
