Had another glass and I have to say, I really like this one a lot. Gotta rate it higher and get myself another bottle. It has a lot of that spicy, herbal TDL character. Mixed with the tropical fruits, it fits perfectly.

die fast 67% ABV schieben schon ordentlich, muss man erstmal etwas atmen lassen. dann kommt aber ein echt guter EMB2010 zum Vorschein. Viel tropische Frucht und daftiger Kuchen. Gefällt mir auch am Gaumen richtig gut. Ich frage mich, wie der wohl in 15 - 20 Jahren wäre. Mit den heutigen EMB95 vergleichbar?

Die für einen Clarendon typischen Noten wie Kirsche und Menthol sind in Anklängen erkennbar, allerdings mehr noch die tropischen Früchte. Der Alkohol ist super eingebunden. Schöner, langer, fruchtiger Abgang.

Sehr guter Clarendon. Am Gaumen entfalten sich Noten von tropischen Früchten, die sanft in krautige, medizinale Töne übergehen und in einem leichten Mentholhauch ausklingen. Trotz des höheren Alkoholgehalts, der in der Nase spürbar ist, wirkt dieser hervorragend integriert.
