Edit: Minze eher im Hintergrund. Wenn das Caronifass etwas bewirkt hat dann das bitterer/dunkler machen. Eine wirklich Aufwertung war es damit in meinen Augen nicht. Sehr guter TDL den ich auf Grund meiner Erkältung nicht vollends bewerten kann. Minze von Nase bis Abgang präsent, ebenso tropische Früchte und Pfirsich. Im Gaumen zudem noch leichte Trockenfrüchte und eine sirupartige Süße. Holz- und Röstaromen gut eingebunden.

Ein weiterer 2003er TDL, aber Minze ist hier eher schwach ausgeprägt. Von der Lagerung im Caroni Fass merkt man nicht wirklich was, nach längerer Zeit im Glas hab ich das Gefühl, das ganz im Hintergrund dreckige Noten wahrnehmbar sind, dass kann aber auch Einbildung sein. Ordentlicher TDL, der aber preislich nicht interessant ist.

Typical TDL with mint, peach, wood. Unfortunately, the alcohol is not so well integrated and the column stands out somewhat negatively. I can't detect anything from Caroni Finnish.

Ui, mal wieder ein sehr toller TDL von Ricci. Jetzt keine Menthol und Minzbombe, aber intensiv, Full Body mit Ecken und Kanten und schönen Fruchtnoten. Der Alkohol ist toll eingebunden, und je länger er steht desto besser wird. Nur Leder fehlt der Caroni….
