"Surprisingly drinkable for 76%" is the line members keep coming back to. The nose is caramel candy and syrup, the palate mixes green apple ring fruit with more of that toffee, and the added sugar softens the heat so it doesn't scorch. #6327 06/08.02.2026 My first visit to The Village in Nuremberg and it was a very pleasant surprise. I will definitely attend again as there is more than enough rum going around. When looking at the price tag and the ABV, you get a bcng for your buck. Unfortunately there is a bit of sugar added, but it is still a pretty decent rum. Fruity and sweet with extremely good balance regarding the ABV.

Surprisingly drinkable for 2 years aging and 76%. On the nose primarily caramel candy and syrupy. On the palate both fruity reminiscent of green apple rings and then a lot of caramel candy again. Surely works really well in drinks like swizzles etc!

Day trip Düsseldorf October 2026. Pub Bar Dr. Pfeifer. Moving on. After the pub is before the pub. Now we're at the pub Bar Dr. Pfeifer. And then I actually went through all the previous Honey Batcher releases. Looking forward to the next bottling ;-)
