Even people who normally skip Wagemut for being too sweet keep making an exception here. It's a 26-year Panama column-still rum from long Bourbon-cask aging: vanilla, cherry and red fruit up front, oak, nutty notes and dark chocolate underneath. Drier and woodier than the usual sweet Panama style. A few taste it as slightly thin on the palate, but most find real depth.

RumX Sample-Set Premium. Jetzt holt Olli noch was irgendwie nicht zu verstehendes raus :) Egal, ist ein echt guter Rum aus Panama, typisch für Panama viel dunkle Schokolade, aber auch Kirsche und rote Früchte sind hier am Start.

Die Bourbonfässer kommen richtig gut zur Geltung, sind auch nicht zuviel, also kein Holzbrett. Für mich etwas zu Kantig betr. Alkohol Einbindung.

Schöner alter Panama Rum! Nougat, Kirsche, rote Beerenfrüchte, Vanille und dunkle Schokolade, sowie intensive Tannine vom Eichenfass. Relativ adstringierend im Abgang. Schönes Release, welcher sich vom 2001er Spirit Traveller Release doch deutlich unterscheidet. Deutlich Holziger, trockener und weniger Nutella Süße im Vergleich..

Die Wagemut member Edition ist ein sehr milder (trotz 50%) Rum Eine schöner süßer Geschmack ist zu vernehmen ohne das zucker hinzu gefügt wurde Kirsche, holz, würzig, leichte Zimt Note. Im Abgang ganz feine bitter Noten dabei Sehr schöner Panama Rum

Kräftige Fassnoten, Kirsche, Vanille und Gewürze sorgen für viel Charakter und Tiefe. Er wirkt nicht immer perfekt ausbalanciert, bleibt aber spannend, eigenständig und ist trotz eines Alkoholgehalts von fast 50% recht mild und rund.

Wirkt sehr geschmeidig und gefällig. Sehr ansprechend in der Nase, jedoch fällt er leider im Geschmack etwas ab. Mir kommt er etwas süß vor, obwohl er nicht gezuckert sein soll. 🤷♂️ Meine Referenz in Sachen Panama bleibt RX 242.

Bisher habe ich die Wagemutabfüllungen auf Grund der starken Süße gemieden. Diese Abfüllung aus Panama gefällt mir jedoch äußerst gut und grenzt sich deutlich von anderen Rums aus Panama ab, da man einen schönen Fruchtanteil schmeckt

Ich bin durch Nicolas Kanal vor 1 Jahr zum rum gekommen und auch member. Leider kann ich mit den doch recht süßen Kreationen von Wagemut leider kaum etwas anfangen auch wenn ich unbedingt möchte. Ich habe ziemlich viel probiert und alle sind sehr ähnlich viel Sherry Einfluss und süß. Diese Abfüllung liebe ich aber. Nicht überfordernd aber trotzdem komplex perfekter Alkohol gehabt gut eingebunden. Der einzig gute Rum aus Panama den ich bisher hatte. Ich würde mir so sehr wünschen Wagemut würde mehr richtige gut gelagerten Rum anbieten, für den ich dann gern auch 200 Euro zahlen würde. Der einstiegsbereich hat sicher seine Berechtigung schön wäre eventuell eine zweite members pro Mitgliedschaft im der ein etwas fortgeschrittener Geschmack bedient wird.

An der Nase süßliche Vanille vielleicht mit einer kirschigen Note. Am Gaumen dann schönes tiefes Aroma. Er hat zwar seinen gewisse Intensivtät. Aber nie übertrieben oder störend. Wahrscheinlich sollte man ihn atmen lassen amber das Leben ist kurz.

Die Nase ist vielversprechend mit Holz, Tabak, Zimt, Gewürzen. Am Gaumen ist er leider etwas dünn, leicht süß, hat aber schöne Fassnoten, im Abgang könnte der Alkohol etwas besser eingebunden sein. Zum Vergleich habe ich mir mal den Rx22306 eingeschenkt, der deutlich geschmacklich intensiver und komplexer ist.

Panama kenne ich zumeist von Sebastians Ron Artesano. Immer sehr stabil und mit Holz, Nuss, Vanille und angenehmer, leichter süße. Keine weltbewegenden und outstanding Spirits, aber stabil und sehr gut. Dieser hier schlägt fast in dieselbe Kerbe wie Artesano. Sehr viel Vanille und Nuss. Intensiv, mit spürbarer Alloholnote, aber gut eingebunden. Nicht spektakulär, aber einfach gut und intensiv, Knackt locker die 8.

Spanisch mit ein bisschen mehr Alkohol. Lecker, süffig. Scharfer mittellanger Nachklang. Im Sommer als Old Fashion ausprobieren. Aber nicht zu viel. Verschwendung ihn nicht pur zu trinken.

Ein schöner gealteter Panama Rum. Man merkt die Länge Lagerung in amerikanischen Bourbon Fässern. Mir gefällt der gut eingebunde Alkohol. Vanille und Kirscharomen runden diesen Wagemut Rum ab. Eigentlich passt dieser Rum perfekt zu derAficionaro Serie. Dieser 26 wäre das perfekte Flaggschiff der Wagemut Cigar Serie.

Sehr schöner Wagemut Rum. Bislang glaube ich das beste was ich Panama getrunken habe. Sehr viel Vanille in Verbindung mit weiteren Gewürzen, leichten fruchtigen Noten und Fasseinfluss. Die Balance gefällt mir. Ein paar Prozente mehr hätten wahrscheinlich noch mehr Geschmack übertragen. Trotzdem sehr lecker.

26 Jahre alter Rum aus Panama, welcher in Bourbon Fässern lagerte und dann in Fassstärke von 49,9% abgefüllt wurde. Der Rum ist weder gezuckert noch gefärbt. Der Alkohol ist wunderbar eingebunden und trägt die Aromen über Nase und Gaumen weit nach vorne.

Alle Wagemuts, die ich bisher probiert habe, waren wirklich süß. Das ist nicht schlimm, wenn man es mag und meine Frau trinkt lieber etwas süßeres als erwachsenes und am ende kann man die süßeren Rums auch besser anbieten, wenn man einmal Gäste hat. Dieser ist allerdings deutlich anders und begeistert mich durch Vanille und Zimt, sowie Eiche in der Nase. Geschmacklich hält er nicht ganz, was er verspricht, trotzdem gefällt er mir deutlich besser, als ich erwartet habe.

Kirsche, Vanille, Honig, 49,9 einfach geil! Schokolade. Man muss sich erst einmal sortieren, wenn man neu im Hobby ist wie es schwierige aber auch geil 🥳 einfach nice 🥳☺️
