#6326 06/08.02.2026 My first visit to The Village in Nuremberg and it was a very pleasant surprise. I will definitely attend again as there is more than enough rum going around. Also a pretty nice rum with nice pencil shavings in the profile. Light fruit with some anise and faint smoke. Though pretty young this is a good rum especially when looking at the price tag.

Round solid young continental aged Port Mourant. Luckily the pencil note is not too strong to become dominant. Complemented by lychee, salted caramel, herbs and licorice and lots of spice like nutmeg and clove. A round thing for fans of continental aged Guyana! Especially for the young age...

Addendum from Village'26. Tasted together with DomM at Fabi's booth. For a young rum from Guyana, a good cask influence is already noticeable, which I personally like. More than fair for the price.
