Tried this one again from a sample I found. Somehow it's quite "alcoholic," but that's no surprise given its age. Otherwise, the markers are clearly recognizable.

Nice Diamond with the typical markers. Overall, from nose to finish, there are no special aromas or highlights. The alcohol is still quite strong on the palate, which is not surprising given the young age.

#7310 16.09.2026 Running a few more samples while watching Myth Busters from the very beginning. A very nice rum with an even better price tag at release. Medium intense profile with pencil shavings spice, licorice, caramel, smoke, fruits, chocolate, roasted wood, salt and a warm spicy palate.
