Das erste mal wo ich louis Santo probiert habe fand och ihn gar nicht so schlecht. Heute wo ich ihn das zweite mal probiere ist er deutlich süßer geworden und nicht wirklich hamonisvh in meinem mund Süße ist immer zu spüren mit ein paar alkoholischrn spitzen. Für anfanger sehr gut geeignet.

Ein süßer rum mit noten von rosinen, karamell und gewürzen in der nase. Am gaumen, gewürze, rosinen, nüsse, schokolade, kurzer unausgewogener abgang. Hatte mir mehr von diesem rum erhofft aber für den einstieg geeignet.

Here I have a rather unexciting rum from the Dominican Republic, which was most likely sweetened afterwards (about 16g/liter). On the nose I have slightly fruity notes with oak, caramel, raisin, date, chocolate, vanilla and dried apricot. On the palate, the added sugar brings a sticky sweetness at the start. Then I get fruity notes, spicy and nutty hints, vanilla, dried date, raisin, caramel, oak and chocolate. The short finish offers maple syrup, wood, caramel, dried fruits, vanilla, milk chocolate and raisin. Very unspectacular, but well suited for beginners who have not had much contact with "real rum" and the price of 37 euros is also reasonable.
